PDCD1 and renal carcinoma: The results indicated that patients with the G allele of PD1.6 (rs10204225) experienced more severe irAEs than those with the AA genotype (odds ratio = 3.39; 95% CI 1.52-7.76; p = 0.003), suggesting a potential association between PD-1 polymorphisms and the development of toxicity in patients treated with anti-PD-1 therapies for renal cancer (20).
