FZD5 and GTF2I were selected for targeted co-regulatory network construction and were validated by Comparative Toxicogenomics Database(CTD) (http://ctdbase.org/) and other databases to be involved in angiogenesis and to be implicated in both acute coronary syndrome and diabetic nephropathy progression (Supplementary Figures S4-S5). This evidence concerns the gene FZD5 and diabetic kidney disease.
