After intersecting the DEGs identified in GSE108000 and GSE227781, seven genes were found to be commonly associated with MS, namely, ARHGAP25, HLA‐DRB1, MERTK, MS4A6A, SAMSN1, SYK, and XBP1 (Figure 2d). The gene discussed is XBP1; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
