Histopathological evaluation revealed diffuse infiltration of blast cells in the submucosa (Figure 2) with strong positivity for CD7, CD38, CD43, CD45, and BCL-2, mild positivity for CD33, and partial positivity for CD79a, CD68, CD117, and PAX5, consistent with myeloid sarcoma (Figure 3). Here, BCL2 is linked to myeloid sarcoma.
