reported that the plasma chemokine CCL21 was strongly correlated with the activity and severity of Graves’ disease (15), that plasma CCL21 levels were significantly elevated in individuals diagnosed with primary Graves’ disease and TRAb-positive Graves’ disease and subsequently normalized in TRAb-negative Graves’ disease, and that CCL21 levels were positively correlated with TRAb levels. Here, CCL21 is linked to Graves disease.
