The analysis of TIME in NSCLC patients overall demonstrated that CD8+ T cells [26 (16.42) vs. 8 (4.20), p = 0.013], CD8+ Trm-dys [4 (0.6) vs. 0 (0.1), p < 0.001], CD8+ Tbys [16 (9.25) vs. 3 (1.10), p = 0.001], CD8+ Tbys-cyt [13 (5.20) vs. 2 (1.8), p = 0.001], and CD8+ Tbys-dys [2 (0.3) vs. 0 (0.0), p < 0.001] were reduced in density after NCIT. Here, CD8A is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
