In terms of biomarkers, Ortiz-Cuaran et al. showed that persistent ctDNA positivity (VAF > 0.01%) at first radiographic evaluation correlated with significantly worse outcomes in BRAF-mutant NSCLC treated with BRAF TKIs, with shorter PFS (5.3 vs. 12.1 months; p = 0.023) and OS (9.4 months vs. not reached; p = 0.0004) [114].
