In the LIBRETTO-001 trial, G810X mutations were detected in NSCLC whereas RET V804 mutations were observed exclusively in patients with medullary thyroid cancer; however, also reported are patients (26%) with acquired KRAS- (G12A/R/V, G13D, A59del), NRAS- (G13D, Q61R), or BRAF-activating mutations or MET or FGFR1 amplifications [141]. This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
