Interim analysis of the SAPPHIRE registry [102], a prospective cohort of IBD patients with previous malignancy on immunosuppressive therapy, included 210 patients exposed to antimetabolites (24%), anti-TNF agents (49%), anti-integrins (44%), anti-IL-12/23 (30%), or JAK inhibitors (6%) over a median follow-up of five years. The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is inflammatory bowel disease.
