In another study, a GWAS conducted on 1996 adult CCS (median age at diagnosis, 7.2 years; median age at follow-up, 32.4 years) identified potential obesity-associated loci on chromosomes 13 (FAM155A), 2 (SOX11), 4 (GLRA3), and 5 (CDH18, BASP1), particularly among CRT-exposed survivors [32]. The gene discussed is BASP1; the disease is obesity disorder.
