CCL3L3 and neoplasm: Specific MRI characteristics, such as mass type and irregular shape, were linked to distinct gene expression patterns: in ER-positive tumours, mass lesions were associated with upregulations of genes related to proliferation and metastasis (CCL3L1, SNHG12, MIR206), and downregulation of tumour suppressors (MIR597, MIR126, SOX17), reflecting poor prognosis, anti-oestrogen resistance, and activation of pathways such as STAT3, while in triple-negative cancers, texture heterogeneity correlated with immune- and extracellular matrix–related gene expression.
