We found that compared to CTNNB1 WT carcinomas, samples harboring CTNNB1 mutations showed significantly decreased levels of IL1A (p-value = 0.045), IL1B (p-value = 0.12), and caspase 1 (p-value = 0.037) (Supplementary Figure S1), while demonstrating similar IL1R1 and IL1R2 expression levels.
