Three days post-stroke, proteins showing significant differences in expression on skeletal muscle thin filaments were annotated as follows: actin-binding LIM protein 1 (Ablim1), PDZ-LIM-domain protein 1 (Pdlim1), tropomyosin 3 (Tpm3), leiomodin 2 (Lmod2), drebrin-like protein (Dbnl), actinin alpha 2 (Actn2), parvin beta (Parvb), and capping actin protein-gelsolin like (Capg) and were upregulated. This evidence concerns the gene PARVB and stroke disorder.
