Differentiating between AD‐BXD strains homozygous for C57BL/6J (B/B) or heterozygous for DBA/2J (B/D) at the Nr1d1 allele (Figure 4B) shows AD‐BXD strains that genotype B/B are more likely to be cognitively resilient (R2 = 0.53, p = 0.003; blue circles), while strains that genotype B/D are more likely to be cognitively susceptible (R2 = 0.05, p = 0.72; orange circles).
