Previous research have indicated that TP53 mutations could impact the efficacy of EGFR‐TKI in patients with EGFR‐positive NSCLC, and the combination of antiangiogenesis or chemotherapy drugs with EGFR‐TKI has been shown to enhance treatment outcomes [14, 31, 32, 33, 34].
