CXCL13 and multiple sclerosis: Previous studies have shown that C-X-C motif chemokine 13(CXCL13), CXC chemokine ligand 10(CXCL10), and C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 8(CXCL8) in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) are abnormally elevated in patients with other CNS infections, such as brucellosis, multiple sclerosis, and facial nerve paralysis (4–6).
