ERBB2 and gastric cancer: Clinical data presented at the 2024 ESMO ASIA Congress and ASCO Annual Meeting demonstrate that inetetamab combined with the SOX regimen (S-1 plus oxaliplatin) achieves an objective response rate (ORR) comparable to trastuzumab (the conventional anti-HER2 agent) in first-line treatment of HER2-positive advanced gastric cancer, with a median progression-free survival (mPFS) of 8.5 months and favorable tolerability (9–11).
