In addition, the network pharmacological analysis and literature retrieval of P. grandiflorum extracts and active components have been demonstrated which can inhibit multiple types of cancer (Colon cancer, gallbladder cancer, stomach cancer, hepatoma carcinoma cell lung cancer, etc.)and have anti-tumor activity by inhibiting several signaling pathways, including PI3K/AKT/mTOR, MAPK, JNK/STAT3, Wnt, Notch-1, and NF-κB signaling pathways, etc. Further research findings have indicated that P. grandiflorum has promising therapeutical potential for cancer treatment.
