Collectively, these results did not formally demonstrate synergism between F9H4 and 7C6-hIgG1 in inhibiting tumor growth, but it remains possible that the applicability of F9H4 would not be restricted to EGFR antibodies in lung cancer given that CD16a binds to the Fc, which is a constant region of antibodies.
