The combination of stroma and vasculature normalizing agents and anti-VEGF producing FAP-CAR-T cells results in lower tumor volume on day 25 (Fig. 7A) in comparison to anti-VEGF and anti-VEGF producing CAR-T cells (Fig. 6A, 50 cells/mm3), and results in a more stable response after the optimum time of injection (after dashed arrows in Fig. 7A).
