This analysis showed that comparison of the top 25% with the bottom 25% of individuals (which mimicked those with extremely high or low expression levels of a target gene) revealed a downregulation of expression levels of EIF5A in breast cancer and upregulation of expression levels of ZNRD1 and PSMB5 on prostate cancer (Figure8).
