A comparative analysis of AUC using MedCalc demonstrated that the combined detection of serum CA50, CA242, and SAA significantly outperformed the individual detection of serum CA50 (P < 0.0001), CA242 (P = 0.0002), or SAA (P < 0.0001) in predicting poor prognosis in PC patients. Here, SAA1 is linked to pachyonychia congenita.
