In 2005 and 2021, the FDA approved Abraxane, paclitaxel albumin protein‐bound nanoparticles (~130 nm) for intravenous use to treat breast cancer, and Fyarro, sirolimus albumin protein‐bound nanoparticles for intravenous use to treat perivascular epithelioid cell tumor (PEComa), respectively. This evidence concerns the gene ALB and breast carcinoma.
