The examination of overall survival rates (OS) across different types of cancers indicated that elevated NCAPH expression posed a risk for adrenal cortical carcinoma (ACC), low-grade glioma (LGG), mesothelioma (MESO), pancreatic cancer (PAAD), and hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), while serving as a protective factor for cutaneous melanoma (SKCM) (Figure 2D). The gene discussed is NCAPH; the disease is pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
