A similar result was observed in the CXCL10 (Figure 3C, threshold = 949.545 pg/mL), but not in CCL4 (Figure 3B, threshold = 237.585 pg/mL), suggesting that the high expression of CCL3 and CXCL10 is associated with statistically significant reduction in overall survival of AML patients. Here, CCL4 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
