Consistently, the expressions of LN892 and SENCR in GEPIA, as well as PROX1-AS1 and KIF25-AS1 in Bloodspot (Leukemia MILE Study), are much higher in leukemia patients than those in normal donors (Fig. S5A, B), with barely or undetectable expression of LN892 in both datasets.
