To elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying SETD7-mediated H3K4me1 regulation in ESCC progression, Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analyses were performed on genes associated with differential H3K4me1 enrichment identified by CUT&Tag-seq. The gene discussed is SETD7; the disease is esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
