Among them, SNHG3, SNHG6, SNHG15, SNHG16, and SNHG20 are aberrantly upregulated in ovarian cancer, and their expression levels are positively associated with multiple clinical factors, including tumor size, depth of invasion, clinical analysis, remote metastasis, pathological types, tissue differentiation of ovarian cancer, suggesting that the above SNHGs are associated with the poor prognosis of ovarian cancer.43 Here, SNHG16 is linked to ovarian cancer.
