Baseline IL-17 (production of CD4 + T cells) levels were significantly elevated in MG patients vs. HCs (24.72 ± 13.46 pg./mL vs. 4.78 ± 7.08 pg./mL, p < 0.01), decreasing by 84.47% at week 24 (p < 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene IL17A and myasthenia gravis.
