Daratumumab, an anti-CD38 mAb, is used in MM therapy (69), and elotuzumab, an anti-signaling lymphocytic activation molecule 7 (SLAMF7)/CDS1 mAb, received FDA approval in 2015 for R/R MM in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone (70). This evidence concerns the gene CD38 and Miyoshi myopathy.
