The majority of the 16 PBRM1 meningioma cases (11) had papillary histologic features that were higher grade (2/16 grade 1, 8/16 grade 2, and 6/16 grade 3), all were microsatellite stable and had a low median TMB of 2.1 Muts/Mb, and five cases had an overlap mutation with BAP1. Our analyses of 399 meningioma patients undergoing NGS testing demonstrated that patients with PBRM1 alterations had likely lower overall survival. The gene discussed is BAP1; the disease is meningioma.
