Compared with the two groups, the HFpEF group presented significantly greater levels of IL-6, LP(b), NT-ProBNP, and Cr and lower levels of TC, LDL, and HDL, with notable incidences of hypertension (70%, p = 0.004), CAD (56.7%, p < 0.001), and DM (46.7%, p < 0.001).
