Integrated analysis of PTGES3 localization with clinical outcomes data demonstrated patients with a high nuclear PTGES3 score had worse prostate-specific antigen (PSA)-recurrent free survival, demonstrating that nuclear PTGES3 protein levels are correlated with a more aggressive PCa phenotype (hazard ratio = 2.655, P log-rank = 0.0014; Fig. 4a). The gene discussed is PTGES3; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
