LDHA and neoplasm: As a key enzyme downstream of glycolysis, LDHA has been shown to promote multiple types of tumor progression,[22, 23, 24, 25, 26] to explore whether LDHA promoted LUAD progression by regulating global lysine lactylation, LDHA‐knockdown A549 and H1299 cells were cultured with 20 mm lactate sodium (NaLa) and found that LDHA silencing exhibited significant inhibition of cell proliferation and migration, while NaLa attenuated the inhibitory effect of LDHA silencing (Figure 1N,O; Figure S1F–K, Supporting Information).
