MET and neoplasm: Our study found that overexpression of CPNE3 significantly increases the phosphorylation level of c‐MET, and the malignant biological behaviour of tumour cells induced by overexpression of CPNE3 can be inhibited by the c‐MET inhibitor JNJ‐38877609, indicating that patients with high expression of CPNE3 are more likely to benefit from treatment with c‐MET inhibitors [30].
