Using the T. cruzi infection model, we evaluated the expression of CD39 by flow cytometry in cells belonging to the B-cell compartment, such as GC and memory B cells and ASC, and in non-B cells from the spleen and inguinal lymph nodes (LN) of infected mice at the acute phase (18–28 days post-infection, Dpi) and in the spleen and BM at the chronic phase (130 Dpi) of the infection (see gating strategies in Figure 1A, Supplementary Figure S1).
