These results reveal that NAT10/ac4C modifications play a core oncogenic role in ccRCC tumor growth and metastasis (including lymphatic metastasis) by regulating two key signaling axes: NFE2L3-LASP1-AKT/GSK3β and ANKZF1-YWHAE-YAP1, providing new potential avenues for targeted interventions (Miao et al., 2024).
