This approach enabled us to identify 18 key hub genes with high connectivity, several of which (ITGAM, LILRB2, TLR8, CD86, IL10, CD14, FCGR2A, FCGR3B, FCER1G, ITGB2, CD163, MNDA, CYBB, HCK, S100A9, TREM1, FGR, and FPR1) have not been previously reported in the context of AML. This evidence concerns the gene CD14 and acute myeloid leukemia.
