HSPA6 and neoplasm: Previous studies have highlighted the significance of heat shock-related proteins in modulating immune responses35 and their potential roles in tumorigenesis.36,37 For instance, HSPD1 and HSPE1 have been implicated in regulating immune cell function and tumor progression.38–41 Additionally, elevated expression of HSPA1A and HSPA6 has been associated with increased tumor aggressiveness and poor prognosis in various cancer types.42–45 Moreover, DNAJB1 has been reported to play a role in immune regulation and cancer development.46,47
