Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a rare non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) subtype characterized by rapid growth of abnormal B-cells in the mantle zone of the lymph node (LN), mainly driven by cyclin D1 overexpression upon the IGH::CCND1 translocation [1, 2]. The gene discussed is CCND1; the disease is non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
