GSEA between the high- and low-SLC7A1 groups revealed significant enrichment of cancer hallmark pathways that are closely associated with cell proliferation, such as the G2M checkpoint, E2F targets, and MYC targets (Supplementary Fig. S3, Fig. 1J), which were in high accordance with the GSVA at the single-cell level (Fig. 1F–I). The gene discussed is SLC7A1; the disease is cancer.
