CELSR2 and glioma: Strikingly, CELSR2 KD led to a significant decrease in the S phase and a concurrent increase in the G0/G1 phase in U87 MG cells (Fig. 2I), and in Grade 3 primary glioma cells, CELSR2 KD led to a significant decrease both in the S and G2/M phase and a concurrent increase in the G0/G1 phase (Supplementary Fig. 2H, I).
