On the basis of our findings, we propose that MOAs of olverembatinib in SDH-deficient tumor cells involve the regulation of lipid metabolism (previously unreported), including the suppression of FA uptake; the suppression of HIF and CD36; and the modulation of multiple signaling pathways involved in hypoxia, angiogenesis, apoptosis, proliferation, and survival (Fig. 5).
