Olverembatinib (HQP1351) is a novel TKI that targets multiple kinases, such as BCR-ABL1, KIT, FGFR1-4, SRC, PDGFR, and VEGFR2, and has demonstrated potent efficacy in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML).20 Olverembatinib also exhibited potent and superior in vitro and in vivo antitumor activity compared with other TKIs in a preclinical model of imatinib-resistant GIST.21 The gene discussed is ABL1; the disease is chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
