MST1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Intriguingly, several potential palmitoylation sites (C124, C369, and C699) of MST1 were predicted through bioinformatics, and we hypothesized that APT1 might depalmitoylate MST1 to regulate the Hippo signaling pathway and YAP1 nuclear translocation, thus inducing osimertinib resistance in NSCLC.
