To identify which of the TFs have a strong influence induced by HGF binding to the MET receptor, normalized expression levels of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) from transcriptomic datasets of 16HBE cells expressing MET WT (Supplementary Fig. S1A, B) or 16HBE METex14Del (Fig. 1A and Supplementary Fig. S1C, D) in the presence and absence of HGF [11], were mapped onto this lung cancer regulatory network.
