These increases in oligomannose N-glycans correspond with decreases in complex N-glycans, as established by the down-regulation of the mgat1b zebrafish model [12,13], the Mgat1 mice models [14,15], and Mgat1 in neuroblastoma (NB) [21,22] and Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) [23] cell lines. This evidence concerns the gene MGAT1 and neuroblastoma.
