The results showed that the tumor number 2–3 (β = 0.475, 95%CI = 1.200–2.154), tumor number ≥ 4 (β = 1.251, 95%CI = 2.136–5.715), presence of microvascular invasion (β = 0.427, 95%CI = 1.189–1.975), thickness of resection margin ≥ 1 (β = −0.368, 95%CI = 0.534–0.897), AFP ≥ 400 (β = 0.480, 95%CI = 1.229–2.125), AST ≥ 40 (β = 0.446, 95%CI = 1.196–2.041) and GGT ≥ 60 (β = 0.291, 95%CI = 1.031–1.735) were significantly correlated with the shorter DFS (p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene AFP and neoplasm.
