Previously published reports indicate that YQJPXY can mediate the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway to improve kidney fibrosis in DN mice (F. Chen et al. 2021), and inhibition of PI3K/Akt/mTOR is related to activation of the AMPK pathway (Chen et al. 2022); hence, we speculated that the mechanism of YQJPXY relieving kidney fibrosis might be mediated by AMP. Here, AKT1 is linked to liver dysplastic nodule.
