In contrast to control, Alisol A treatments increased Annexin V-positive cells up to 50.4 ± 4.69% (SCC-9) (Fig. 3B) and 26.9 ± 4.04% (HSC-3) (Fig. 3C), representing the significant induction of apoptosis in oral cancer cells in response to Alisol A treatment (p < 0.05 vs. control).
