LOXL2 and prostate cancer: It was found that the expression levels of genes such as CD274, FAP, LOXL2, and PDCD1 were higher in the high-risk group samples than in the low-risk group (p < 0.05), while the expression of TAGLN was higher in the low-risk group samples than in the high-risk group, indicating the research potential of these genes as targets for prostate cancer immunotherapy.
