Similarly, in the neutralizing antibody experiments, mice treated with anti-CSF1R antibody (Ang II/CSF1R Ab) showed a significant attenuation of Ang II–induced blood pressure elevation compared with the Ang II/isotype control group (p < 0.001), supporting the role of macrophage depletion in suppressing hypertension (Supplementary Figure S2A and B).
